Our Refund Policy

In certain cases, you may be eligible for a refund when downgrading your school. This article goes over Techniti’s refund policy and how to request a refund.

Techniti Refund Policy

We want every user to be satisfied with their experience using our platform, which is why we offer a 30-day refund policy to school owners on paid plans. Techniti's instructor refund policy is outlined in more detail in Techniti's


Monthly Plans

If you’re on a monthly paid plan, then you’re entitled to a full refund within the first 30 days of your paid plan. If you used a promotional coupon to purchase your paid plan, then you are also entitled to a refund within the first 30 days after the coupon expiration date. Techniti will not grant refund requests made more than 30 days after your initial plan upgrade.

For example, if you upgrade to the monthly Professional plan on March 1st, then you’ll be eligible for a refund until March 30th. If you do not request a refund within this time, then you will be ineligible for a refund for subsequent subscription payments.


Annual Plans

If you’re on an annual paid plan, then you’re entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your initial upgrade to an annual plan or renewal of your annual plan. If you used a promotional coupon to purchase your paid plan, then you are also entitled to a refund within 30 days after the coupon expiration date. Techniti will not grant refund requests made more than 30 days from the date your initial upgrade or plan renewal. For example, if you upgrade to the annual Professional plan on March 1st, 2022 then you’ll be eligible for a refund until March 30th, 2022 and again when your annual plan renews the next year. If you do not request a refund within this time, then you will be ineligible for a refund for subsequent subscription payments.
